About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver innovative training programs shaping the cybersecurity culture at Humana
Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to develop education ensuring workforce is equipped to navigate cyber risks
Drive curriculum development for new products/tools and create technical resources
Champion cyber awareness across all levels of the organization and reduce risk through human-focused, data-driven initiatives
Work with stakeholders to develop, plan, coordinate, and evaluate cybersecurity training/education courses, methods, and techniques
Produce technical documentation, presentations, and documents reinforcing cybersecurity knowledge across Humana
Conduct learning needs assessments and identify requirements and plans instructional opportunities
Support training of new tools and applications for cyber-awareness and proper usage.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in relevant information technology field (Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, etc.)
3+ years of experience in applications security and teaching others the same
Experience with the leading toolsets supporting applications security (SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST tooling)
Experience with Git and related tooling
Strong application security experience across a variety of technologies and languages such as C#, JavaScript, Java, Python
Knowledgeable on OWASP top 10 and defensive coding techniques
Contributes to the broader security or open-source community
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Must be passionate about developer experience, privacy, security, quality and product delivery.
