Medicare Call Center Representative
HumanaHumana Medicare Call Center Rep assisting members with inquiries and resolving issues. Handling inbound calls while providing a perfect call experience in a fast-paced environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- addressing incoming telephone, digital, or written inquiries
- performing varied activities and moderately complex administrative / operational / customer support assignments
- providing resolution or pathway to resolution on each call
- addressing member needs including complex benefits questions
- resolving issues and educating members
- handling 40+ inbound calls daily
- accurately recording details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions
- escalating unresolved and pending member grievances
- working under minimal direction within defined parameters
- following standard policies / practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- You MUST reside in Kentucky or Indiana within a 50-mile radius of Humana’s Louisville offices
- demonstrated experience with providing strong customer service
- effective communications skills and strong attention to detail
- prior experience managing multiple or competing priorities
- proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Teams
- Previous inbound call center or related customer service experience
- Previous healthcare experience
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
