About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Pharmacists and patients and report to a Clinical Programs supervisor
Accomplish programs developed to improve overall health outcomes
Assist members by connecting them with financial assistance resources
Make outbound and take inbound calls to Humana members
Communicate with Humana members and collect medication history information
Prepare members for a comprehensive medication review

Requirements

What you’ll need

Resident State Pharmacy Technician License OR National Pharmacy Technician Certification
Speak both English and Spanish fluently
Applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service or call center processes and practices
Must have a designated work area with a door that locks
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (preferred)
Mail order and/or retail pharmacy setting (preferred)
Previous call center experience in a pharmacy setting (preferred)
