Requirements

What you’ll need

5 or more years of experience in internal communications, organizational development, knowledge management or related work
Strategic thinker with the ability to connect communication and knowledge initiatives to broader strategies
Excellent visual communication skills
Experience in copywriting and editing
Experience using internal communication tools as part of a strategic communication plan or campaign
Ability to articulate complex messages in a simple manner and tailor them to different audience needs
Ability to foster partnerships across teams to build a communication network
