Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for preparing, recording, analyzing, and reporting accounting transactions to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records
Provides comprehensive financial support, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variances from budget
Analyzes and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements, and reports
Manages the accounting of the business's monthly revenue and claims, and oversees revenue cycle reporting and reconciliations
Collaborates with Health Care Provider Payment Platforms to ensure accurate financial terms within contractual arrangements and validating quarterly settlements
Develops methods and criteria for measuring and summarizing financial data, prepares complex analyses
Leads or participates in special projects as required by the business

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
5 years of Accounting or Finance experience
2 years experience with SQL, Access, or similar
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated experience in managing monthly revenue and claims accounting, overseeing revenue cycle reporting and reconciliations, and preparing financial data, transactions, and reports
Ability to respond to ad-hoc data requests from executive leadership in a timely and accurate manner
Reside within 60 minute drive of Louisville KY and report to the office 2 days a week
