About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop clinical solutions for our members and providers, with accountability from strategy to execution
  • Work across clinical initiatives focused on improving outcomes for members with chronic conditions
  • Engage with high-performing and low-performing provider groups to understand clinical workflows and operational drivers
  • Translate insights into best practices and operational playbooks
  • Co-develop and drive the execution of direct-to-member interventions to improve chronic condition management
  • Lead the design and refinement of provider-facing data views (dashboards, insights, performance summaries)
  • Work with enterprise partners to ensure alignment and remove operational barriers
  • Synthesize complex clinical, operational, and analytic information into clear recommendations for executive leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7 or more years of experience in population health strategy, health outcomes strategies and/or product strategy OR 3 years of management consulting with additional 2-3 years of professional work experience
  • Experience in strategy consulting, business strategy, clinical, product, and/or operations areas
  • Direct people leadership and/or experience leading others by influence
  • Ability to interpret and leverage data and analytics to improve strategy and make recommendations
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with ability to flex to different audiences, including senior leadership
  • Proven skills influencing others and a track record of success leading through ambiguity
  • Proven organization, planning and prioritization skills to collaborate with multiple enterprise departments and stakeholders; ability to execute within deadlines
  • Ability to work independently to manage projects to achieve objectives
  • Competency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
