About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop clinical solutions for our members and providers, with accountability from strategy to execution
Work across clinical initiatives focused on improving outcomes for members with chronic conditions
Engage with high-performing and low-performing provider groups to understand clinical workflows and operational drivers
Translate insights into best practices and operational playbooks
Co-develop and drive the execution of direct-to-member interventions to improve chronic condition management
Lead the design and refinement of provider-facing data views (dashboards, insights, performance summaries)
Work with enterprise partners to ensure alignment and remove operational barriers
Synthesize complex clinical, operational, and analytic information into clear recommendations for executive leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
7 or more years of experience in population health strategy, health outcomes strategies and/or product strategy OR 3 years of management consulting with additional 2-3 years of professional work experience
Experience in strategy consulting, business strategy, clinical, product, and/or operations areas
Direct people leadership and/or experience leading others by influence
Ability to interpret and leverage data and analytics to improve strategy and make recommendations
Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with ability to flex to different audiences, including senior leadership
Proven skills influencing others and a track record of success leading through ambiguity
Proven organization, planning and prioritization skills to collaborate with multiple enterprise departments and stakeholders; ability to execute within deadlines
Ability to work independently to manage projects to achieve objectives
Competency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
