About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with prospects and existing members via inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell health plan products
Conduct thorough needs assessments (NEADS) to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions
Overcome objections and close sales while maintaining a customer-first approach
Accurately document all interactions and transactions using CRM tools
Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance metrics, including sales targets and call quotas
Follow up on leads and proactively identify new sales opportunities
Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance the customer journey
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Health Insurance License is required
Must be available to work any shift between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM local time, including weekends
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a high-volume customer service environment
Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a performance-based setting
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work overtime and weekends during peak sales periods (October–December)
Must have a professional, quiet, and distraction-free home office setup
