About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides effective sales administrative support to assist the team with bringing new members on board and retaining the customers we serve
Assisting both members and agents who contact the office
Daily office duties such as receiving and sending mail through USPS and other delivery services
Support Sales Representative onboarding and training
Order supplies and marketing materials, keep track of inventory
Ensure adherence to corporate policies and guidelines as well as CMS guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of administrative experience
Prior experience with technology, including advanced use of laptops, proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, and an understanding of CRM tools and other sales or marketing resources
Must be able to lift boxes up to 40 lbs
Excellent Customer Service Skills and Communication Skills
Must be Self-directed and a genuine Team Player
