Key responsibilities & impact

Prepares, records, analyzes, and reports accounting transactions
Ensures the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles
Provides financial support, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variations from budget
Analyzes and prepares statutory accounts, financial statements, and reports
Begins to influence department’s strategy
Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components
Work is performed without direction
Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance
5+ years of accounting/ finance experience
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in a work environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to present to leadership
Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to develop and clearly present financial reports
Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
Prior experience working on projects within a professional setting preferred
Proficiency in SQL and/or comparable programming languages
