About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a complex product area within our applied AI portfolio
Partner directly with business units to deeply understand their operations
Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly scoped AI use cases
Own the backlog - write epics, features, and stories
Develop detailed program plans, milestones and risk mitigation strategies
Lead rapid prototyping of AI solutions
Work with a cross-functional team to define product vision and develop roadmaps
Gather and analyze user research, business process data, and market analysis
Develop reusable product frameworks, playbooks, and best practices
Communicate product strategy, progress, and business value with radical clarity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
7 years of experience, with 4+ years in product design, service design, program and/or product management roles
Experience leading cross-functional product team(s) across a full product line
Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements
Hands-on experience prototyping or building AI-powered solutions
Experience with AI/ML products and platforms in enterprise environments
Proven ability to drive a step change in the performance of a product
