Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives related to workflow automation and storage systems
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Coordinate resources, facilitate meetings, and drive communication among project participants
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
Provide regular status updates and progress reports to leadership and stakeholders
Foster effective partnerships with vendors and internal teams to ensure optimal solution delivery
Evaluate and implement new technologies or processes to improve workflow efficiency and storage performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of experience in IT project management
5+ years of experience in IT project management, including experience with workflow and storage systems
Strong understanding of storage architectures (SAN, NAS, cloud storage) and workflow automation tools
Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects
Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)
