Lead and manage all disaster recovery compliance efforts, including data management, governance, and regulatory reporting
Oversee internal and external audit response activities
Manage IT controls and coordinate RFP responses for disaster recovery requirements
Conduct annual DR audits of SaaS providers
Drive vendor due diligence for new and renewing contracts
Partner with Business Continuity leaders to mature business capability mapping
Administer, manage, and develop the ServiceNow Disaster Recovery module

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, business continuity, or disaster recovery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Passionate about contributing to a team that is transforming DR and maturing best practices
Relevant certifications (e.g., DRII, CBCP, or similar) is preferred
Certified Information Systems Security Professional [CISSP] are a plus.
