About the role
- Support problem-solving efforts by helping senior leaders define key issues, develop hypotheses and create recommendations
- Identify and incorporate relevant data to inform strategic decisions
- Convert strategy into roadmaps, business cases and projects while prioritizing timelines and ensuring alignment and execution
- Identify the short and long-term impacts of key strategies by assessing qualitative and quantitative data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Familiarity with strategic frameworks and strategy development
- Ability to identify, structure, and solve business problems
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
- Commitment to accelerated professional and personal growth
- Must be able to relocate to Louisville, KY, or Washington, D.C (Arlington, VA area)
