Oversee and execute EIP decision-making authorities within Humana
Provide security leadership for Humana’s CenterWell Home Solutions
Work with EIP leaders to establish the broader Cybersecurity vision and direction
Manage the Subsidiary security program at wholly owned, and partially owned subsidiaries
Work with Technology and business leadership teams to oversee the security program
Assess and report on security risks through scorecard and risk reporting
Manage budget for subsidiary’s security program
Use common enterprise security services to manage cost and risk
Oversee remediation activities for identified security gaps

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Experience with mergers & acquisitions, divesture, and integration activities
15+ years of technical leadership experience in Information Security (strongly preferred) or Information Technology
10+ years of people leadership experience
In-depth knowledge of security compliance, technology, and risk best practices
Strong verbal and communication skills
Ability to influence peers and leadership teams across the organization
