💰 $80,000 - $125,000 per year
About the role
- Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage
- Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits
- Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market by becoming a valued resource in your community
- Engage with customers through a mix of in-person, virtual, and phone interactions
Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain
- Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community
- Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions
- Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher)
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License (preferred)
- Prior experience selling Medicare products (preferred)
- Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups (preferred)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages (preferred)
