About the role

  • Support enterprise-wide marketing initiatives, contributing to the planning and execution of programs that span multiple brands, business units, and strategic priorities
  • Contribute to annual planning and intake processes, helping create and refine annual plans, business intake briefs, and marketing briefs
  • Partner cross-functionally to enable cohesive storytelling, working with Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, and other teams to ensure consistency across enterprise initiatives
  • Collaborate with Customer Lifecycle Marketing (Got to Market) teams, supporting campaign development and activation within an agile pod model while ensuring alignment with brand strategy, guidelines, and tone of voice
  • Ensure campaign alignment to brand and experience standards, supporting adherence to approved marketing strategy, brand positioning, and customer experience principles
  • Manage campaign coordination and execution support, tracking deliverables, timelines, feedback, and revisions to enable smooth and on-time execution
  • Maintain and evolve brand governance tools, supporting the development, organization, and ongoing management of brand guidelines, templates, messaging frameworks, training resources, and playbooks
  • Support brand audits and compliance efforts, gathering examples, tracking findings, and summarizing insights and recommendations to improve consistency and adherence
  • Champion consumer-centric thinking, ensuring that enterprise and cross-brand initiatives are grounded in meaningful consumer insights while honoring business priorities and enterprise goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in brand governance, brand strategy, marketing strategy and execution, brief development and content reviews
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in consumer package goods (CPG), healthcare, insurance, other regulated industries and/or large multi-brand organizations (preferred)
  • Proven ability to operate brand management platforms or digital asset management systems (preferred)
  • Experience supporting brand audits and reporting on adherence metrics (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of brand standards, tone of voice, and visual identity systems (preferred)
