Manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish
Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project
Monitor progress and performance against the project plan
Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
Identify, develop, and gather resources to complete the project
Develop project schedules, conduct meetings, and prepare reports to communicate project status
Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project teams to meet targets and milestones
Influence department's strategy
Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding project components
Apply internal processes and enforce project standards
Interface with internal and external resources to ensure successful project completion
Prepare presentations and communication materials on behalf of the project team
Partner with operational teams to drive process improvement and identify/apply best practices
Monitor and report on project progress and milestones

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of project management experience
Experience managing medium to large scale projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate competing priorities
Ability to facilitate meetings with multiple participants of varying levels capturing relevant information
Comfortable working on new projects with limited knowledge/expertise of the content and be able to learn quickly to effectively manage the implementation
Proficiency in communicating effectively with project stakeholders up to and including senior level leadership
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
PMP or CAPM Certification (preferred)
Lean or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
