Requirements

3+ years of experience OR A Bachelor’s degree - Areas of consideration are: Product Management, Health Informatics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
JIRA Align experience
Azure DevOps (ADO) experience
Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively in both written and oral forms
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive transformation across technology and business domains
Strong organizational skills; capable of handling multiple details simultaneously, with ability to move between strategic and tactical work in a dynamic environment with changing processes and priorities and manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
Strong intuition about user experience and what makes a product experience great.
Ability to unpack complex, ambiguous problems and ship simple and user-friendly solutions.
Proven track record of thriving in dynamic, growth-oriented environments, balancing strategic vision with operational execution.
