About the role

  • Serve as Humana IT’s primary representative during high-profile state, federal and other regulatory audits.
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential risks.
  • Develop and present risk analyses and recommendations based on regulatory and external inquiry trends.
  • Lead preparation and response to complex regulatory audits.
  • Respond to customer security and technology questionnaires, RFPs, and regulatory inquiries.
  • Provide guidance and support to peers on complex cybersecurity and regulatory matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes audits and regulatory engagements.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing assignments by organizing tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, tracking progress, and maintaining high-quality results in a dynamic environment.
