About the role
- Analyze and forecast financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.
- Establish metrics and provide data analyses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs/issues and develop cost-effective resolutions for data anomalies.
- Work with senior executives to develop and drive segment or enterprise-wide functional strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, in some instances a Master's or Doctorate's degree
- 10 or more years of technical experience
- 2–5 years of project/people leadership
- FSA or ASA plus relevant advanced degree, recent and relevant work experience, and/or other relevant professional designations
- MAAA
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in more than two functions (e.g., modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting & analysis, reserving or trending)
