- Growth Strategy Director supporting enterprise growth and Medicare Advantage strategy at Humana
- Partner cross-functionally to develop strategy, deconstruct issues, perform research and analysis, and craft recommendations
- Organize and orchestrate large-scale, high-priority cross-functional initiatives spanning people, process, and technology
- Shape implementation considerations and transition analysis into execution with business owners
- Provide strategic leadership for prioritization, planning, and execution of enterprise-wide growth initiatives
- Serve as principal architect for large-scale Medicare Advantage strategy initiatives from development through implementation and value realization
- Engage with executive leadership using advanced analytics, market intelligence, and financial modeling to inform decisions
- Lead strategic integration efforts to align growth initiatives across business units and functions
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations
- Establish infrastructure and processes to monitor progress against strategic objectives and manage risks
- Champion talent development, mentorship, and a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with outstanding academic credentials
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business unit strategy, or finance
- Demonstrated expertise in program and portfolio management of complex, multi-disciplinary strategic initiatives
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced capability in quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive and board-level audiences
- Ability to build trust and credibility with senior business leaders and influence decision-making across the enterprise
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and able to lead through ambiguity in a dynamic environment
- Experience in mentoring, developing, and managing high-performing teams
- Strong commitment to personal, professional, and organizational growth
- Preferred: MBA, MPH, PhD, or graduate degree in a management field
- Preferred: Managed care and/or healthcare services work experience
- Preferred: PMP Certification
