About the role
- Define and evolve the roadmap for AI capabilities supporting marketing operations, including GenAI, automation, and intelligent content tools
- Identify opportunities to pilot new AI functionality within existing platforms (e.g., Adobe AI Agents, orchestration tools, asset libraries)
- Translate business needs into scalable, responsible AI solutions that improve efficiency and member experience
- Lead pilot programs to test new AI features, including use case validation, success metrics, and stakeholder feedback
- Document pilot outcomes and provide recommendations for broader rollout or transition to platform product teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field or relevant work experience
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, marketing technology, or digital operations
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools used in marketing, including GenAI, predictive analytics, and automation platforms
- Experience working in agile environments, ideally within a dual-hat or embedded pod model
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows, asset management, and campaign execution
