Lead go-to-market planning for products and segments, identifying and optimizing strategies to educate and enable agents to successfully grow their book of business
Create and manage agent-facing marketing assets, including brochures, sales kits, training materials, and digital content
Deliver creative tools and resources that break through industry clutter, drive agent engagement, and support business objectives
Collaborate with sales enablement platform owners to design and implement content strategies across enablement technologies
Leverage new sales enablement platforms to evolve agent communications and introduce segmented campaign strategies
Align sales, operations, and marketing teams on planning, execution, and continuous improvement opportunities
Work within an existing framework of resources, applying marketing expertise and performance insights to improve engagement—adjusting design, copy, asset type, and overall scale
Partner with product and compliance teams to ensure marketing materials meet regulatory standards and business goals
Gather voice-of-the-customer feedback and leverage NPSr and performance insights to drive ongoing optimization
Collaborate with the marketing measurement team to define and review campaign results
Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with Humana’s values and new ways of working.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field equivalent years of relevant experience
10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries
Proven success supporting sales organizations with strategic marketing initiatives and execution
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across product, sales, and operations
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and uncover fresh insights
Experience designing and managing content within sales enablement platforms (e.g., Anisra/SproutLoud, Highspot, Salesforce)
Exceptional storytelling and creative direction capabilities, with a strong design eye and attention to detail
Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for performance
Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams
Resilient, adaptable, and able to lead with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
