Leverage tools like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to surface deep, meaningful insights that inform strategy and drive optimization across journeys
Analyze engagement trends across lines of business to identify opportunities, bottlenecks, and areas of synergy that enhance member experience and campaign performance
Partner with marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve targeting, personalization, and channel effectiveness
Develop intuitive dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate journey performance and member impact
Support ongoing journey mapping and measurement efforts to ensure alignment with business goals and member needs
Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to develop executive-level reporting solutions that provide a clear, consolidated view of member and prospect communications, engagement, and success metrics
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer journey analysis, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar journey analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) across a range of marketing channels, including digital (display, paid search, social), email, SMS, direct mail, linear TV, and telephonic outreach.
Proven track record of identifying the underlying drivers of performance trends across marketing channels and translating findings into actionable insights.
Experience developing executive-level reporting solutions and dashboards.
