About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in the planning, setting up and management of online research projects.
  • Have a good enough understanding of the research process at Human8 to manage a simple project.
  • Collaborate well and act as a liaison for PST.
  • Attend activity design meetings and brainstorms.
  • Grow moderating experience on 1on1 interviews and group discussions.
  • Brief external moderators.
  • Check the status of survey fieldwork and communicate it internally.
  • Analyse, interpret and report on the findings of most research projects.
  • Provide draft conclusions and recommendations for review by a more senior consultant.
  • Interpret an analysis plan and collaborate with others when relevant.
  • Present internally and attend client presentations, answering questions related to analyses.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, or economics).
  • Curiosity and Eagerness: A desire to learn and explore.
  • Attention to Detail: Carefully handle data and research materials.
  • Communication: Clear communication within the team.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Basic Analytical Skills: Familiarity with data interpretation.
