About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the planning, setting up and management of online research projects.
Have a good enough understanding of the research process at Human8 to manage a simple project.
Collaborate well and act as a liaison for PST.
Attend activity design meetings and brainstorms.
Grow moderating experience on 1on1 interviews and group discussions.
Brief external moderators.
Check the status of survey fieldwork and communicate it internally.
Analyse, interpret and report on the findings of most research projects.
Provide draft conclusions and recommendations for review by a more senior consultant.
Interpret an analysis plan and collaborate with others when relevant.
Present internally and attend client presentations, answering questions related to analyses.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, or economics).
Curiosity and Eagerness: A desire to learn and explore.
Attention to Detail: Carefully handle data and research materials.
Communication: Clear communication within the team.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
Basic Analytical Skills: Familiarity with data interpretation.
