About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the planning, setting up and management of online research projects.
- Have a good enough understanding of the research process at Human8 to manage a simple project.
- Collaborate well and act as a liaison for PST.
- Attend activity design meetings and brainstorms.
- Grow moderating experience on 1on1 interviews and group discussions.
- Brief external moderators and check the status of survey fieldwork.
- Analyse, interpret and report on the findings of most research projects.
- Provide draft conclusions and recommendations for review.
- Listen to colleague's feedback on work.
- Grow experience by presenting internally and at client presentations.
- Gain experience by supporting senior consultants with project tasks and communications.
- Follow marketing content to develop knowledge about offerings.
- Pitch your role and impact on clients.
- Be aware of commercial objectives and budget build-up of projects.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, or economics).
- Curiosity and Eagerness: A desire to learn and explore.
- Attention to Detail: Carefully handle data and research materials.
- Communication: Clear communication within the team.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Basic Analytical Skills: Familiarity with data interpretation.
