About the role
- We are looking for an Insight Manager to drive transformative change for our clients through expert research and analysis. You will manage a range of quantitative and qualitative projects, from design to delivery, ensuring they precisely meet client objectives.
- You will be considered a trusted research project manager.
- You will move projects forward and play a key role in the planning, set-up and management of projects of increasing complexity (e.g., multinational, multi-methodology, etc.), with support from senior team members.
- You will actively use AI to work more efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a strong ‘human’ touch. You will learn how to use AI in a business relevant way, to contextualize your work and add value to the client.
- You will understand how to use behavioral frameworks and models. With guidance you will apply these in your analysis and reporting.
- You will present research projects to clients, likely with senior support as needed.
- You will have a lot of client contact and be the lead project manager, as well as support senior consultants with project-related tasks, communications, and enacting client strategies.
- You will have a good understanding of the client’s needs and business objectives, and be open to being able to challenge and think along.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social science, psychology, business, economics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Around 5 years of professional research experience.
- Curiosity and Eagerness: A desire to learn and understand complex human behavior.
- Proactive and organized: Being able to juggle a lot of moving parts.
- Communication: Clear and pro-active communication within the team and towards clients.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and rapidly evolving industry.
- Analytical: A high affinity with data interpretation and analysis.
- Innovative: Actively experimenting with AI, eager to learn and use new technologies to bring added value for the client.
