About the role
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to automate processes for internal use and external clients.
- Participate in defining the technical architecture, handling data migration and system integration, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Mentor and support other Dynamics team members (mid/junior), conduct code reviews, and establish best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product teams, business consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
- Test, troubleshoot, and optimize existing solutions while ensuring ongoing maintenance, updates, and security.
- Ensure continuous improvement, maintenance, and security compliance of Dynamics applications.
Requirements
- 35+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or similar).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, Web API, and SQL databases.
- Solid understanding of data migration, integration, and system architecture.
- Experience working in agile teams.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English; Romanian proficiency is a plus.
