• Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end process for a portfolio of diverse roles (Sales, Marketing, CS&O, and Leadership), from strategic sourcing and interviewing to complex offer negotiations and closing.
• Lead Hiring Partner Consultation: Act as a strategic advisor to Revenue leadership. Facilitate weekly hiring meetings, provide expert guidance on market trends, and lead talent assessment recalibrations.

Senior Recruiter, GTM & Sales

Manager

• Execute high-volume contracting: Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, engagement letters, and DPAs within established frameworks and playbooks—moving deals efficiently while protecting the business
• Maximize our tech stack: Own the day-to-day management of Evisort and contract-related gems through Google Gemini, implementing AI-based workflows and features that improve speed and accuracy at scale
• Build scalable infrastructure: Structure documentation, build processes, and develop resources and trainings to enhance our commercial contracting motion and ensure our contracting function is audit-ready, scalable and drives operational excellence
• Be the go-to partner: Serve as primary point of contact for business stakeholders across Procurement, IT/Engineering, Finance, and Operations—explaining contract positions, triaging requests, and moving deals forward with urgency and judgment
• See problems before they happen: Identify process bottlenecks and contract risks proactively, bringing practical solutions that balance legal protection with business needs

Contracts Manager

Business Analyst

• Evaluate existing onboarding processes to identify inefficiencies, develop comprehensive improvement plans, and execute changes to optimize workflows.
• Analyze onboarding data and insights to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments (including Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering) to build, improve, and optimize systems and tools utilized by the onboarding team.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at boosting revenue growth, aligning with overall company objectives.
• Create, and track all onboarding targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while providing regular updates on progress.

Account Executive, North Central Region

• Implement and maintain a scalable job architecture and leveling framework that supports our growing organization across multiple locations, for remote and in office roles
• Lead comprehensive market benchmarking initiatives for base salary, variable compensation, and equity across all roles and geographies
• Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and business leaders to provide compensation guidance on offers, promotions, and adjustments
• Conduct regular compensation analysis and produce detailed reports, including pay equity analyses, competitive positioning, and budget planning
• Develop and refine compensation philosophy, policies, and guidelines that align with company values and market trends

Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance and tools that non-legal stakeholders can easily understand and implement in roadmaps and feature planning.
• Regulatory Strategy: Build strong relationships across teams to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations in the fintech industry, including consumer protection and data security. Monitor new regulations and changes to existing regulatory requirements that have the potential to impact the business.
• Customer-Facing Communications: Review customer-facing disclosures and promotional materials to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Cross-team Collaboration: Respond promptly to a wide range of complex legal requests, identify issues and coordinate closely with legal and compliance colleagues to ensure the swift delivery of smart, practical advice.
