Product Manager

• Define and articulate a clear product vision aligned to customer needs and company strategy, and earn buy-in from engineers, designers, and executives
• Prioritize ruthlessly across competing demands, using customer signals, usage data, and business context to decide what's worth building and what isn't
• Dig into the data yourself — pull usage numbers, build the analysis, and let evidence settle debates instead of opinions
• Track market trends and competitive moves to spot where Human Intelligence can build durable differentiation
• Be genuinely, consistently customer-facing, day in and day out. Lead discovery calls, onboarding sessions, and account reviews to understand what customers actually need
• Build trusted relationships with HR, People Analytics, and Data leaders at our key accounts
• Translate messy customer feedback into clear, actionable product requirements
• Partner with Sales and Leadership to support deal cycles, and make sure the features customers adopt are driving real, measurable value
• Work closely with Engineering to define requirements, write clear specs, and clear blockers fast
• Partner with Design to make the product genuinely good to use — solving problems elegantly, not just technically
• Define the metrics that tell you whether what you shipped actually worked, and hold the team to them
• Be the connective tissue between Engineering, Design, Sales, and Leadership, keeping everyone working from the same understanding of what we're building and why
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy for new features alongside Sales and Marketing
• Bring a data-driven point of view to the table — back your calls with evidence, and help the whole team get sharper about measuring what matters
