About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement scalable fullstack architectures using React and Node.js.
- Develop and maintain high-performance services and data pipelines, managing large-scale data aggregations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including product, design, and research - to integrate and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance.
- Champion secure coding practices and clean code standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of production experience in both React and Node.js
- Deep familiarity with React Hooks, React-Query, and Express
- Experience building and maintaining distributed systems or high-throughput architectures
- Experience with AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, LLMs) and integrating AI features
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with Go (Golang) and cloud-based platforms is a plus
