About the role
- Define and evolve the Sightline narrative within HUMAN’s broader Agentic Trust strategy, translating technical capabilities into clear business value
- Own positioning and differentiation, building clear, defensible messaging that explains why HUMAN wins across accuracy, scale, and cross-functional impact
- Partner closely with Product to translate the roadmap into market-facing stories tied to customer problems, market shifts, and business outcomes
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new capabilities and releases, including messaging, launches, and cross-functional alignment
- Develop high-impact assets including messaging frameworks, pitch decks, solution briefs, and use-case narratives
- Enable Sales with clear, differentiated storytelling for both early-stage conversations and competitive deals
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence, including battlecards, positioning frameworks, and market POVs
- Partner with Analyst Relations to align with industry narratives and strengthen HUMAN’s market position
- Bring customer, prospect, and market insights back into Product and leadership to influence roadmap and strategy
- Act as a thought partner across Product, Marketing, and Sales, driving alignment and clarity across teams
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of product marketing experience in cybersecurity, fraud, or adjacent enterprise SaaS categories
- Proven experience owning platform-level positioning (not just point solutions)
- Strong track record of bringing complex products to market and driving adoption in competitive environments
- Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Experience building differentiated positioning in crowded markets
- Demonstrated ability to connect product strategy, customer needs, and market trends into cohesive go-to-market plans
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
