About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze market trends, technology developments, and customer needs to build a competitive product roadmap
- Own business cases, profitability, and product performance
- Capture the “Voice of Customer” and translate needs into clear product requirements for R&D
- Lead product development projects and ensure delivery according to plan
- Coordinate product launches
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage product data and portfolio lifecycle
- Deliver product training internally and externally
- Contribute actively to the Hellberg Safety management team as the Product Management representative for Electronic Hearing Protection
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hold a university degree in a relevant field
- Have +5 years’ experience in product management (electronics/audio is a plus)
- Are a strong team player with solid collaboration skills
- Are results-driven with a clear customer focus
- Manage stakeholders effectively and communicate with confidence
- Have an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability
- Are well-organized with strong planning and prioritization skills
- Are fluent in English
- Bring solid project and change management experience
