About the role
- Deliver high-quality service from order placement to delivery
- Act proactively towards customers in close collaboration with the International Key Account Managers
- Serve as a key link between our international key accounts and internal teams (sales, planning, purchasing, and warehouses)
- Take ownership of customer-related processes, primarily within Snickers Workwear ProtecWork, but also supporting other product areas when needed
- Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, service, and delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or sales support, preferably within B2B and direct customer environments
- Experience working with multiple IT/ERP systems. Experience working in iScala is considered an advantage
- Experience within Protective Wear, PPE, or multinorm garments is highly meritorious
- Understanding of certification standards (e.g. EN ISO, multinorm) is a plus
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
