Administration

• Overseeing the Contract Administration department in the successful administration, billing, collections and subcontractor payables related to heavy highway civil construction projects
• Working in conjunction with the Company’s Estimating, Accounting, and Project teams to ensure contract compliance
• Managing pay applications with owners to the execution of supplier and subcontractor agreements
• Managing potential disputes or challenges with owners and subcontractors to minimize legal and financial exposure
• Supporting and mentoring the contract administration team members
