About the role
- driving new product development and managing existing product portfolio
- define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new packaging solutions
- manage and track all ongoing NPD projects
- lead the end-to-end NPD process from ideation to commercialization
- collaborate with production, operations, quality and sales teams
- conduct regular cost analysis and margin comparisons
- oversee the creation and management of product information
- lead the systematic marketing and promotion of newly launched products
- have responsibility for Master Data Management (MDM) related to the product portfolio
Requirements
- minimum of 3 years experience in product management
- minimum of 3 years experience in the packaging industry
- strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- English is a key language for everyday work
