About the role
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—for new and existing customers across the US
- Drive revenue growth by selling Hugging Face’s Hub offerings
- Build trusted advisor relationships with technical and business stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and act on market trends, customer feedback, and data insights
- Partner with Developer Relations and Customer Success
- Represent Hugging Face at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales in the AI, ML, or data science communities in the US
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, technical sales environments
- Strong understanding of machine learning, AI, or software development workflows
- Experience selling to technical buyers
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- A consultative sales approach
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently
