About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—for new and existing customers across the US
  • Drive revenue growth by selling Hugging Face’s Hub offerings
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with technical and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams
  • Identify and act on market trends, customer feedback, and data insights
  • Partner with Developer Relations and Customer Success
  • Represent Hugging Face at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales in the AI, ML, or data science communities in the US
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in complex, technical sales environments
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, AI, or software development workflows
  • Experience selling to technical buyers
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • A consultative sales approach
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently
