About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks, and transfers.
- Assist and educate members on the use of online accounts, mobile banking and other remote channels.
- Assist members with ITM/ATM transactions and questions.
- Build positive member relationships by identifying member needs and recommending products/services.
- Resolve routine member concerns and issues efficiently, with professionalism, and patience to attract to maintain members.
- Proactive use of fraud-detection resources, to identify suspicious activity early, protect member assets, and uphold integrity of the credit union.
- Support branch opening/closing procedures and assist with branch workflow and coverage.
- Foster a fun and collaborative environment to service our members, grow relationships and engage with your peers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- One month to one year experience.
- Previous credit union or financial experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Passionate about exceptional member service and relationship building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with banking systems, digital tools, and Microsoft office products.
