About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks, and transfers.
Assist and educate members on the use of online accounts, mobile banking and other remote channels.
Assist members with ITM/ATM transactions and questions.
Build positive member relationships by identifying member needs and recommending products/services.
Resolve routine member concerns and issues efficiently, with professionalism, and patience to attract to maintain members.
Proactive use of fraud-detection resources, to identify suspicious activity early, protect member assets, and uphold integrity of the credit union.
Support branch opening/closing procedures and assist with branch workflow and coverage.
Foster a fun and collaborative environment to service our members, grow relationships and engage with your peers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

One month to one year experience.
Previous credit union or financial experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED.
Passionate about exceptional member service and relationship building.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with banking systems, digital tools, and Microsoft office products.
