About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted inbound advisor to HubSpot customers
- Manage 150–180 customer relationships, including new and long-term customers
- Meet regularly with customers to understand their goals and align them with necessary resources
- Partner with onboarding, up-sell/cross-sell, and renewals teams to solve for the customer
- Help customers adopt HubSpot’s software and use the platform to achieve their goals
- Conduct 4–5 scheduled deep-dive customer meetings per day
- Review customer progress, provide strategic and tactical recommendations, and communicate new HubSpot features
- Respond to customer questions ranging from invoices to software usage
- Uncover, scope, and qualify opportunities for additional HubSpot products and services
- Promote customer retention and growth
- Identify technical roadblocks and recommend solution implementations and core integrations
- Support an ongoing partner relationship to maximise acquisition, retention, and up-sell rates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in written and spoken English
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing or account management role
- Business savvy with consultative, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills
- Strong knowledge of the media/digital landscape
- Motivated self-starter who is hungry to learn and can demonstrate achieved results while balancing demanding expectations
- Highly organised and able to learn quickly and work well under pressure
- Strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable navigating financial conversations and dealing with cancellations
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, manage expectations, and identify issues requiring escalation
- Knowledge of Loop Marketing, AEO, and LLM, or aptitude to learn them quickly and independently
- Ability to support an ongoing partner relationship to maximise acquisition, retention, and up-sell rates
