Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build high-fidelity prototypes, interaction models, and front-end explorations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in design technology, UX engineering, front-end development, design systems, or a closely related field
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
  • Experience with React and contemporary front-end tooling
  • Ability to build sophisticated prototypes, interactive UI, or production-quality front-end components
  • Experience contributing to or evolving a design system, component library, or shared UI framework
  • Strong understanding of design language, interaction design, and front-end implementation
  • Ability to independently own large, complex projects while collaborating across multiple teams
  • Experience identifying workflow inefficiencies and building pragmatic tools or automation
  • Fluency in accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Strong communication skills for explaining technical tradeoffs to designers, engineers, and cross-functional partners
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and their application to design system workflows and product quality
  • Bonus: experience with design tokens, theming, design-to-code synchronization, motion systems, advanced interactions, animation, AI-assisted tooling, AI interaction patterns, internal tools, plugins, or automations
