Key responsibilities & impact

Implement and iterate on the creative vision for The Science of Scaling format.
Appear as on-camera talent and develop new opportunities for the channel.
Set high standards for production quality, allocating production resources, and working with the team to develop compelling episode editorial.
Constantly test, learn, and iterate on winning content strategies—whether through new series segments, distribution approaches, or featured guests.
Work closely with the Supervising Producer to drive show growth and optimize content performance.

Strong on-camera presence and communication skills essential.

Deep understanding of video storytelling and content optimization.

Data-driven approach to content strategy, using metrics to inform creative decisions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding audience growth targets.
Flexible mindset with willingness to adapt based on audience feedback and performance data.
