About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end process for all statutory pay reporting obligations
  • Serve as HubSpot's internal expert on the EU Pay Transparency Directive
  • Lead and manage annual and ad-hoc salary survey submissions
  • Act as the primary Compensation Systems SME
  • Partner with Legal, HR, and Finance teams for pay reporting deliverables
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of compensation data
  • Support design and documentation of compensation policies
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners on pay transparency requirements
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools
  • Monitor the competitive landscape for changes to pay reporting mandates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive
  • Strong understanding of US and international statutory pay reporting requirements
  • Hands-on experience with compensation systems and survey tools
  • Proficiency with Pave, Compa, Comptryx, Radford, and Workday preferred
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred but not required
