About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete daily moderation efforts on various communities.
Responsibilities include moderation, support, content updates, management, reporting, and auditing community performance.
Integrate and utilize AI tools and technologies for enhanced community engagement.
Partner with stakeholders for project outcomes.
Identify and nurture external subject matter experts to support the Champions program.
Handle escalations that cannot be supported in the community.
Drive progress on varied initiatives, managing communication and enrollment.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
