About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • High volume of outbound activities to acquire and qualify leads (new customers)
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop and implement customer acquisition strategies and plans
  • Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads while ensuring your monthly targets are met
  • Understand customers' needs and challenges using specific sales methodologies such as the BANT framework
  • Conduct market research to expand HubSpot’s customer base

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to the technology industry and sales
  • Work experience in sales or customer acquisition and in a fast-growing scale-up environment is not required but advantageous
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Sharp, goal-oriented focus and a persuasive, structured approach to achieving targets
  • Ability to handle and respond to objections, and openness to coaching
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
  • Passion for supporting companies in their growth and an interest in the technology sector
