Business Development Representative – DACH
HubSpotBusiness Development Representative in HubSpot focusing on lead acquisition and customer engagement. Collaborating with Account Executives to convert prospects and drive sales.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- High volume of outbound activities to acquire and qualify leads (new customers)
- Work closely with Account Executives to develop and implement customer acquisition strategies and plans
- Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads while ensuring your monthly targets are met
- Understand customers' needs and challenges using specific sales methodologies such as the BANT framework
- Conduct market research to expand HubSpot’s customer base
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enthusiasm and commitment to the technology industry and sales
- Work experience in sales or customer acquisition and in a fast-growing scale-up environment is not required but advantageous
- Fluent in German and English
- Sharp, goal-oriented focus and a persuasive, structured approach to achieving targets
- Ability to handle and respond to objections, and openness to coaching
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
- Passion for supporting companies in their growth and an interest in the technology sector
