About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

High volume of outbound activities to acquire and qualify leads (new customers)
Work closely with Account Executives to develop and implement customer acquisition strategies and plans
Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads while ensuring your monthly targets are met
Understand customers' needs and challenges using specific sales methodologies such as the BANT framework
Conduct market research to expand HubSpot’s customer base

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enthusiasm and commitment to the technology industry and sales
Work experience in sales or customer acquisition and in a fast-growing scale-up environment is not required but advantageous
Fluent in German and English
Sharp, goal-oriented focus and a persuasive, structured approach to achieving targets
Ability to handle and respond to objections, and openness to coaching
Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
Passion for supporting companies in their growth and an interest in the technology sector
