About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recommend implementation approach and ongoing services for complex upmarket customers
- Diagnose customer needs based on business objectives and technical requirements
- Create customized implementation plans and recommend services or Solutions Partners
- Work with customers or partners to define resource needs
- Establish clear milestones, project plans, and timelines
- Present plans to the customer's Executive team
- Influence customer purchase decisions with urgency and certainty
- Contribute to the growth of the enterprise practice by enhancing sales and services alignment
- Build relationships with accredited Solutions Partners to enhance recommendations and feedback
- Provide advice and recommendations for HubSpot best practices, business processes, and change management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in English & Spanish
- Customer first mindset and consultative approach
- Deep implementation expertise with complex SaaS software (CRM, ERP, etc)
- Experience helping customers drive organizational change
- Experience driving value conversations to executive teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to provide certainty and urgency to customers
- Strategic mindset for long-term customer planning
- Detailed-oriented with strong project management skills
- Strong technical aptitude with understanding of integrations, APIs, and technical strategy.
