  • Experience driving rapid experimentation across product surfaces
  • Proven ability to influence across multiple product teams without direct ownership
  • Strong product judgment around optimization for various product areas
  • Experience building repeatable growth practices
  • Bias for ownership, speed, and iteration
  • Experience partnering closely with Product Analytics, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Success, and Operations
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • A track record of raising the bar for product teams around customer impact
