About the role

  • Manage evergreen positions and continually build and nurture talent pipelines for Sales across EMEA
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles with focus on South of Europe, France, Iberia, and Italy
  • Engage, nurture, and qualify diverse candidate pools using creative sourcing, AI-driven tools, and market insights
  • Partner strategically with hiring managers and senior stakeholders; influence decisions with data and recommendations
  • Champion the candidate experience by setting expectations and communicating openly
  • Drive evaluation and selection processes; coach interviewers to assess against performance, potential, and culture-add
  • Experiment with new talent acquisition strategies, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and impact
  • Leverage data and metrics to analyze funnel performance and guide improvements
  • Collaborate across cultures and markets, adapting approaches for equity and effectiveness
  • Represent HubSpot externally via employer branding initiatives, events, and referral programs
  • Embed DEI best practices at every stage to ensure inclusive processes and equitable outcomes

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French (required)
  • Strong knowledge of the French talent market
  • 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally with Sales roles
  • Proven track record in full-cycle Talent Acquisition
  • Ability to manage priorities with some ambiguity
  • Comfort working with data, dashboards, and KPIs to influence decisions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset
  • Comfort with AI-powered recruiting tools
