About the role

  • Own programs end-to-end: from strategy and positioning to execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Lead regional communications for LATAM and Iberia, acting as the internal voice for the regions
  • Design & build campaigns: write, segment, and deliver engaging emails and other communications tailored to target audiences
  • Experiment & optimize: use data to test, iterate, and scale programs from good-to-great
  • Personalize at scale: harness data and AI to deliver tailored messaging that deepens engagement and drives conversions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams and Marketing Technology to align strategies and create consistent customer experiences
  • Drive demand generation to convert high-intent prospects into qualified opportunities for Sales

  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable diving into data to drive decisions
