About the role

  • Own email automation programs end-to-end: strategy, positioning, execution, optimization, and reporting
  • Lead regional communications for LATAM and Iberia, serving as the internal regional voice
  • Design, write, segment, and deliver engaging emails and tailored communications
  • Experiment and optimize using data to test, iterate, and scale programs
  • Personalize communications at scale using data and AI in partnership with Marketing Technology
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Tech to align strategies and customer experiences
  • Drive revenue by turning high-intent prospects into qualified opportunities for Sales

Requirements

  • Passion for email automation and the user experience
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort diving into data
  • Experience with experimentation, optimization, and A/B testing
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and personalization tools
  • Proven track record driving impact through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and bring creative ideas
  • Experience designing, segmenting, writing, and delivering email campaigns
  • Ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams
  • Spanish language
  • Regional focus on LATAM and Iberia communications leadership
